Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all order in 2 working days, unless an item in your order is on pre-order which will take 3-8 weeks depending on the shipping service you choose. If an order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK, additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your package. As we ship our packages DDU, we cannot be responsible for any additional import charges charged by your country's import laws, and those are the responsibility of the customer. If these fees aren't paid by the customer and the order is safely returned to us, customers will be refunded the original order amount minus postage fees and any additional duty and handling fees incurred.
There is also a non-refundable processing fee of £3 charged per item. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels or delayed parcels that are not safely delivered back to us that are a result of rejected parcels or failed customs and taxes payment attempts.
Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any missing or delayed packages that cannot be safely delivered back to us as a result of rejected packages or unsuccessful attempts to pay customs and taxes.
Please note that if a package is "returned to sender" following a failed delivery attempt, such as an incorrect delivery address or an unclaimed package, we cannot be held liable for any lost or delayed packages as a result. The courier redirection services can sometimes take several months to complete.
If our team successfully receives a "return to sender" package at our location, the order will automatically be repaid less any initial postage costs. If an order qualified for free delivery, the cost of our initial shipping will be subtracted from the final price to pay these expenses. We will get in touch with the customer right away to make arrangements for this order to be shipped back out to them, for which they will be charged a second postage price, if an item returned to us has since been discontinued or is no longer in stock on our website. Please be aware that we will only be able to keep these things for 14 days if we do not hear from you regarding the returned order to arrange redelivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you cannot find your tracking information in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder! If you are still having trouble finding this information, please send us an email at ciscocreated@gmail.com and we will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) to help in any way we can!
It is crucial to keep in mind that factors outside of our control, such as customs or processing centre delays, might occasionally cause goods to be delayed. As a result, the anticipated delivery times we offer are not a commitment to deliver and are only to be used as an indication. For missing or delayed delivery estimation windows, we are regrettably unable to provide any type of postage return.
